Shared Device: Printer does not show up.

If your on a shared device and the printer does not show up. Follow the steps below:

1. Click on Start, and type in "Access Work or School".

2. Select "Access Work or School" and click Open

3. Select the down arrow next to your name and press "Info"

4. Scroll down till you see the SYNC button. You may be asked to re-authenticate (login) in order to sync. Wait a few minutes and the printers should show up.
