Webworks MFA issue

If you are trying to setup MFA for any Webworks class, upon logging in with your student ID and password, you will see a QR code to setup MFA using the Microsoft Authenticator App.

Open the Microsoft Authenticator App and scan the QR code. If setup correctly, you will be able to login to your course.

If you enter the code and it shows that it is invalid, check your phone's date/time setting and set it to automatic. It needs to sync with your phone carriers time. You may also need to restart your device.

If that does not resolve the issue, please drop by the IT office in room 413.
