How to setup voicemail on Microsoft Teams

This document will guide you on how to change your voicemail greetings and listen to voice mail.

There are many settings you can personalize in teams, including your voicemail message. .

Setup Voicemail and Record a Greeting

In the Teams app, click on … on the top right near your profile picture, click Settings, and click Calls.
To record a new voicemail greeting, click Record a greeting or Type a Greeting and follow the prompts to record your message.
If you prefer an AI greeting, type in the greeting under Your custom greeting

Checking Voicemail

If there is a new voicemail, you will receive an email copy of the voicemail in your college email.

CAUTION: Use the dial pad on your mobile device to dial numbers from your personal phone number and to make emergency calls to your country-specific emergency number.
