How to send an eFax
eFax
Overview
As of December 2025, standard copper phone lines are no longer supported. Fax machines are still relying on the old copper phone lines. The transition to electronic fax (eFax) is required to meet the need for sending and receiving faxes. This document provides guidance on how to send and receive eFax.
In Columbia College, we have 2 eFax lines tied to the following emails
- Telephone number 604-682-7191 sends and receives faxes on CCFAXA@columbiacollege.ca
- Telephone number 604-262-3379 sends and receives faxes on CCFAXB@columbiacollege.ca
NOTE: This is only available to those assigned with eFax. Please reach out to Helpdesk if you require access. Approval will be required.
