How to Book a Room Using Outlook Calendar
This is a guide on how to book a room at the college. This includes booking the computer labs in the main and north campus, boardroom and multipurpose room.
- Open the Outlook app or web Outlook.
- On the ribbon, click on the drop down arrow beside the "New Email" button and select Meeting.
- On the "required" text box, type in your email address and any other user
- Select the date and time you require the room.
- Click on the locations button and select the room you would like to book.
- Click Send after you are done.
