Changing Account Password
Non teaching staff members
To change Microsoft account password:
- Sign in to https://aka.ms/mysecurityinfo
- Click "Change Password."
- Set a new password.
- Upon successful change of password, please ensure you update the campus wifi connection to use your new password.
If you are experiencing issues with change of password or cannot remember your password, please submit a ticket at https://columbiacollege.freshservice.com/support/tickets/new
Faculty / Instructors
To change you password, you must login to MySIS https://my.columbiacollege.ca

Sign in to https://my.columbiacollege.ca
- Click on "My profile / Settings", then Security Settings
- Enter your current password, then click Continue. (Note: If you do not remember your current password, please come to the IT office in room 362.)
- Select Account Password and then enter new password and confirm password, then click Save Password.

To change Avanti password:
- Sign in to https://myavanti.ca/columbiacollege/
- Click on your profile picture on the top right corner of the webpage.
- Click on "Settings."
- Locate and fill out the change password section.
- Click "Change Password" to confirm the changes.
